Support is currently available online allowing us to keep your costs low. If you experience problems with our software, please make sure to have the latest update installed before contacting our technical support. Issues encountered by users are often already fixed in the latest product build.
We offer support through our helpdesk system for customers with active maintenance or subscription and for users during their trial period.
